When we work together on a project, the scope, price, timeline, ownership and everything else about that work are set out in your proposal and agreement. If anything there differs from this page, the agreement wins.

Using the website

Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Don't:

• try to access parts of the site or our systems that aren't meant for you
• disrupt the site, overload it or send automated requests to our forms
• submit someone else's details, or false or misleading information
• copy large parts of the site for another service

Information on the site

The content on this site is general information about our services. Timelines and examples describe typical projects, not a promise for yours.

Budget ranges shown in currencies other than UAE dirhams are converted at recent exchange rates and rounded, so treat them as estimates.

Enquiries and quotes

Sending a form doesn't create a contract for either of us. We'll reply within one business day, and any quote or proposal we send only becomes binding once we've both signed an agreement.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and code of this website belong to Baytmal. You're welcome to link to it and share it, but please don't reuse our content or brand without asking.

Ownership of the work we build for you is set out in your agreement.

Links to other sites

If we link to another website, we aren't responsible for its content or how it handles your data.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is and can't promise it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

How we handle the details you send us is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If you use the site as a consumer, the consumer protection laws where you live still apply.
