Watch an agent work.

Pick a task. The agent plans it, uses your tools one by one, and stops to ask before anything important. You're the approver.

    What we build

Five ways AI earns its keep.

Start with one. Most clients begin with a single workflow, see it work, then add the next.

    Autonomous agents

    New

Agents that plan and carry out multi-step work across your systems, like reconciling invoices, onboarding staff or chasing leads, and ask a person before anything important.

    • Invoice reconciliation
    • Staff onboarding
    • Lead follow-up
    • Purchase orders

Ideal forOperations teams with repeatable work that spans several tools.

    AI chatbots

Assistants that answer customer questions around the clock, in English, Arabic and French.

    • Order status and returns
    • Booking questions

Ideal forBusinesses that get a lot of repeat questions.

    Automation

Hand repetitive tasks to software so your team can focus on the work that matters.

    • Orders into accounting
    • Follow-up emails

Ideal forTeams losing hours to data entry and follow-ups.

    Data and reporting

Turn scattered data into clear reports you can act on.

    • Weekly KPI reports
    • Sales dashboards

Ideal forBusinesses sitting on data they don't use.

    AI in your existing systems

Add AI features to the tools and websites you already have.

    • Smarter site search
    • Summaries in your CRM

Ideal forBusinesses that want AI without starting from scratch.

    Built to be trusted

Agents you can hand real work to.

An agent is only useful if you can trust it with your systems. These are on by default.

    A person approves what matters

You decide which steps need a sign-off, like payments, emails to customers or anything that can't be undone.

    Only the access it needs

Each agent gets its own account with the smallest set of permissions for its job, never an admin login.

    Every action is logged

What it did, when, with which data and who approved it. Easy to review, easy to audit.

    Your data stays yours

We choose models and hosting based on where your data needs to live, and keep it out of model training.

    The Five Points, for AI

    How an AI project runs.

The same five steps as every Baytmal project, shaped for AI. See The Five Points

    1. 01Discover

We map the work, where it costs your team time, and which systems it touches.

    2. 02Strategize

We pick the first workflow and agree what success looks like, in numbers.

    3. 03Design

We design the agent's steps, approvals and handoffs to your team.

    4. 04Develop

We build it, connect your systems and test it on your real cases.

    5. 05Launch & Grow

It starts with approvals on. As it proves itself, we widen what it handles.

    Before you ask

    AI questions

Do we need clean data before we start?
Usually not. In Discover we check what you have and what's usable. Most first projects run on the data you already keep in your CRM, ERP or inbox.
Will it work with our existing systems?
If a system has an API or an export, we can usually connect to it. We'll confirm every connection before we quote.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose the model for each job based on quality, cost and where your data needs to stay, and we can switch later without rebuilding.
Does it work in Arabic and French?
Yes. Chatbots and agents are set up and tested in English, Arabic and French from the start.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
Key steps wait for a person's approval, every action is logged, and anything the agent isn't sure about is handed to your team instead of guessed.
